Investment Management in Freehold
We build and look after portfolios for individuals, families, business owners and retirees. Your money is invested with a clear purpose, reviewed on a steady schedule and adjusted with care. The same small team that sets up your portfolio stays with it over the years.

Investing with a plan behind every decision
Investment management means someone is responsible for how your savings are invested, why they are invested that way and what happens when markets move or your life changes. We start with your goals and your timeline, then choose an allocation that fits them. After that, the work is steady attention: rebalancing, watching costs and taxes, and explaining what we did and why.
Our advisor is Series 66 licensed, and we keep the team small on purpose. You will not be handed to a new person each year or routed through a call center. The people who learned your situation in the first meeting are the people who review your accounts later.
Clients come to us from Freehold, Manalapan, Marlboro and the surrounding area, and we meet at our office or by phone and video.
What our investment management covers
- A written investment approach
- Before anything is bought or sold, we put your goals, time horizon and comfort with risk in writing. That document guides every later decision, so changes have a reason you can read.
- Portfolio construction
- We build a diversified mix of holdings that fits your plan. We pay attention to fund expenses and overlap, since several funds that own the same companies add cost without adding much protection.
- Rebalancing and ongoing review
- Markets pull a portfolio away from its target over time. We review allocations on a set schedule and rebalance when drift becomes meaningful, not on impulse.
- Tax-aware placement
- Where it makes sense, we consider which holdings belong in taxable, tax-deferred and Roth accounts. Our Tax Management service goes deeper when your situation calls for it.
- Income from your portfolio
- For clients drawing on savings, we plan withdrawals so income arrives steadily. Our advisor holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, which shapes how we think about turning a portfolio into a paycheck.
- Plain reporting
- You get regular reviews that show what you own, how it has done against your plan and what we changed. We explain it in ordinary language.
Signs it may be time for help with your investments
Accounts scattered in several places
Old 401(k)s, an IRA from years ago and a brokerage account nobody watches. When no one sees the whole picture, risk and fees pile up quietly.
You are not sure what you own
If you could not explain your holdings or why you have them, the portfolio probably is not working toward anything specific.
Retirement is getting close
The investments that built your savings may not be the right ones for drawing on them. The years just before and after retiring deserve careful thought.
A big change in your life
An inheritance, the sale of a business, a divorce or a new child can each change what your money needs to do.
Market swings keep you up at night
Worry often means the portfolio carries more risk than you are comfortable with. That is worth fixing calmly before the next downturn, not during it.
How working with us unfolds
- 1
Introductory meeting
We talk about your goals, your concerns and what you have now. You learn how we work and how we are paid, and there is no pressure to decide that day.
- 2
Review of your current accounts
We look at each account, its holdings, its costs and any tax issues tied to moving it. Then we share what we found and what we would suggest.
- 3
Building the portfolio
Once you agree to the approach, we put the plan in place with care, often in stages to manage taxes and timing.
- 4
Ongoing oversight
We monitor, rebalance and meet with you on a regular schedule. When your life changes, you reach the same people who already know your plan.

What shapes the cost of investment management
Fees for investment management depend on your situation, so we do not quote a figure before we understand it. We explain exactly how we are paid during the introductory meeting, in writing, before you commit. You should never have to guess what you are paying for.
- Assets under management
- The size of the portfolio we oversee is usually the largest factor in the fee.
- Number and type of accounts
- Several accounts across retirement, taxable and trust structures take more coordination than a single IRA.
- Complexity of your situation
- Concentrated stock, business ownership or significant tax considerations call for more analysis and more frequent attention.
- Underlying fund expenses
- Funds carry their own internal costs. We show you those separately so the total cost of investing is clear.
Investment management questions
Something not covered here? (732) 655-2212
Can you promise a certain return?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Markets rise and fall. What we can do is build a portfolio that matches your goals and risk tolerance, keep costs in check and adjust with care as conditions change.
Will I have to sell everything I own now?
Not necessarily. We look at what you hold, including the tax cost of selling. Sometimes it makes sense to keep positions and change the mix gradually around them.
How often will we review my portfolio?
We set a regular review schedule together, and many clients meet with us a few times a year. Between meetings we keep watching the accounts, and you can reach us by phone whenever something in your life changes.
Can you help with my 401(k) at work?
Yes. We can look at your plan's investment menu and suggest an allocation that fits the rest of your portfolio. That way your workplace account and your other savings work toward the same goals.
Who will actually manage my money?
The same small team you meet at the start. We do not pass clients between rotating advisors, so the person reviewing your accounts already knows your history and your plan.
