Financial Planning and Wealth Services
Our work covers eight areas, from everyday financial advising to wealth management for families with more moving parts. We are Series 66 licensed, and our team holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, so retirement income sits near the center of most plans we build. Each service connects to the others. A change in your portfolio usually touches tax management and legacy planning too, which is why we look at them together.

Wealth Management
Investments, taxes, retirement income and estate wishes managed together by one small team that knows your whole financial picture.

Financial Advising
Clear, unhurried advice on specific money decisions, from rollovers to benefits, with the same advisor following your questions over time.

Financial Planning
A written plan that ties your savings, debt, insurance and retirement goals together, built and updated by the same planner each year.

Investment Management
Portfolio design, rebalancing and ongoing oversight built around your goals, with the same people handling your accounts from the first meeting onward.

Retirement Planning
We turn your savings, pensions and Social Security into a steady retirement income plan, with the same advisor beside you before and after the last paycheck.

Legacy Planning
We line up your beneficiaries, account titles and gifting so your wealth reaches the people and causes you choose, with fewer delays and less confusion.

Tax Management
Tax-aware investing, Roth conversion planning and a sensible withdrawal order, coordinated with your CPA so more of what you have built stays with you.

Life Insurance Consulting
A careful look at the policies you own and the coverage your family needs, with the trade-offs between term and permanent insurance explained plainly.
What Shapes the Cost of Advice
Advice is priced by the work it takes, and that varies a great deal from one client to the next. A recent graduate with one retirement account needs something very different from a business owner planning a sale. Here is what moves the number.
We explain our fee structure during the introductory meeting and put it in writing before any work starts. We do not quote a figure until we understand what you actually need.
- Scope of the work
- A one-time plan for a specific decision, such as when to retire, takes less time than ongoing wealth management with regular reviews and portfolio oversight.
- How complex your finances are
- Business income, stock compensation, rental property, several old employer plans or accounts in more than one name all add analysis. Simple finances cost less to plan.
- Assets we manage
- When we handle investment management, the size of the portfolio and the number of accounts affect how the fee is set.
- Coordination with other professionals
- Working alongside your CPA or estate attorney takes time, especially around tax season or when legacy documents are being updated.
- How often we meet
- Some clients want a yearly review. Others prefer quarterly check-ins, particularly in the years right before and after retirement.

A Small Advisory Practice in Freehold
We are a small financial advisory team in Freehold, NJ, and we have chosen to stay that way. Fewer clients means we can return calls ourselves, remember the details of your family and notice when something in your portfolio needs a second look.
Our clients include couples saving for retirement, families thinking about the next generation, business owners juggling company and personal finances, and retirees who want their savings to last. What they share is a preference for advice from people they know by name.
If that sounds like the kind of relationship you want, start with a conversation. You can read more about us on the About page.

How Working With Us Unfolds
Each step is handled by the same small group, so nothing you tell us gets lost between people.
- 1
An introductory meeting
Reach us by phone and we will find a time to talk at our office or by video. We listen to your goals, answer your questions about how we work and walk through our fees. By the end, you should know whether our way of working suits what you need.
- 2
Gathering the full picture
If you decide to go ahead, we collect statements, tax returns, insurance policies and plan documents. We ask about the things that do not show up on paper, like when you hope to stop working or how you want to help your children.
- 3
Building your financial plan
We prepare a written plan covering investments, retirement income, taxes and legacy, then walk you through it line by line. Nothing moves forward until it makes sense to you.
- 4
Putting it in place
We open or consolidate accounts, adjust your portfolio and coordinate with your CPA or attorney where needed.
- 5
Reviews as life changes
We meet on the schedule you choose and update the plan when something shifts, from a new grandchild to a change in tax law.
Why Clients Choose a Small Team
We keep our client list at a size where every plan gets real attention. You will know who is working on your finances, and they will know your goals without rereading the file.
- 01
The same people, every year
The advisor you meet at your introductory meeting is the one who builds your plan, reviews it and answers when you call later. There is no hand-off to a new face each spring and no call center between you and the person who knows your numbers.
- 02
Training built for retirement questions
Our team holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation and is Series 66 licensed. That background shapes how we approach withdrawal order, Social Security timing and turning savings into steady income.
- 03
Fees you understand before you start
We explain how we are paid, what it covers and what it does not before any work begins. If a service is not a fit for your situation, we say so.
- 04
A plan written in plain English
You receive a written summary of your plan that you can read at the kitchen table without a glossary. Every recommendation comes with the reason behind it.
- 05
Meetings where you are comfortable
Sit down with us at our office, or meet by phone or video. Many couples find video easiest when schedules are split.
Questions Clients Ask Us
Something not covered here? (732) 655-2212
What happens at the introductory meeting?
We talk about your goals, your current situation and what prompted you to look for an advisor. We explain how we work and how our fees are set. There is no pressure to sign anything, and you can take time to decide.
How are you paid?
Our fee depends on the services you choose, such as a one-time plan or ongoing investment management. We go over the structure in detail at the introductory meeting and confirm it in writing before work begins, so there are no surprises later.
Will I always work with the same advisor?
Yes. Keeping the same people with each client is the reason we stay small. The advisor who builds your plan is the one who reviews it with you and takes your calls afterward.
Do I need a certain amount saved to work with you?
Bring your questions whatever your balance. We work with people at different stages, from those just starting to save for retirement to families managing significant wealth. We will tell you honestly whether our services fit where you are now.
Can we meet by video instead of coming to the office?
Absolutely. Many clients meet with us entirely by phone and video, and others come in for the first meeting and switch to video for reviews. Documents can be shared securely, and we walk through your plan on screen.
Do you work with my accountant and estate attorney?
Yes, with your permission. Tax management and legacy planning work best when your CPA and attorney are part of the conversation. We share what they need and keep you informed along the way.
What should I have ready before we talk?
For the first meeting, a rough idea of your accounts, income and goals is enough. If you move forward, we will give you a short list of statements and documents to gather.
Start With a Conversation
Tell us where things stand today and what you would like them to look like in ten or twenty years. A short phone call is all it takes to arrange an introductory meeting, held in person in Freehold or over video, where we lay out plainly how we could help.
